Reports to: Director of Sales
We’re looking for an experienced, outgoing inside sales professional to help our clients succeed. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be selling advertising services and products to regional businesses and promoting a well-known brand. You will use consultative selling to develop new business and grow our existing customer base.
The successful candidate will be able to explain BizTimes products and services to potential customers over the phone, meet established sales goals and increase our overall sales volume. Three years of demonstrated inside sales success, excellent time management skills and a drive to succeed are requirements. Experience working with marketing personnel and advertising agencies is a plus.
Reports to: Director of Operations
We’re looking for a friendly, focused and hard-working administrative coordinator to join our award-winning team. This position works closely with our Operations Director and will provide a wide array of general administrative support, from billing and A/R to circulation and database maintenance. This talented person must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task. While teamwork is an important asset, this person must also be able to initiate and complete projects independently, accurately and often under deadline pressure. You’ll also be the first person our visitors meet, so a pleasant demeanor is a must.

This is a multi-functional role in a dynamic, fast-paced news organization.
