Lighthouse Safety, Brookfield, has hired Kaylie Lenz as projects and recertification manager.
Lenz comes to Lighthouse Safety with a proven professional track record in the fall protection industry complete with experience in system engineering and design, bidding, scheduling, purchasing and installation.
Prior to joining Lighthouse Safety, she worked for Sesco LLC in Manitowoc, engineering and managing fall protection system installations and most recently, has worked at Harley Davidson as a development purchasing analyst.
Education: A graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE), Kaylie receive a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. She also earned a specialty degree in Structural Engineering from MSOE and certification as a Competent Person in the Fall Protection industry. While attending MSOE, Lenz was an active member of Engineers Without Borders. Recently relocated to Waukesha County, Lenz enjoys engaging in community events and currently coaches the Southwest Volleyball Club based in Pewaukee, WI.
