Josh Bruesewitz

Greenfire Management Services, LLC, Milwaukee, has promoted Josh Bruesewitz to Project Manager.

He has been with Greenfire for over a year, and has over 12 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry from purchasing to project development and budget analysis. He has built a strong track record for himself with the successful completion of numerous projects.

“Josh is very motivated and has the tools to not only manage the costs and schedule of projects, but also a great problem solving ability to dig into the details in the field,” said Nate Keller, Director of Operations. “We look forward to seeing Josh grow as a Project Manager.”

He is currently working on the Administration Offices relocation project at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino as well as the Wgetthta renovation of two buildings at the Wgema Campus in the Historic Concordia neighborhood. Josh was also instrumental with the management of the interior buildout to create the current Greenfire office, which completed in June 2015.

Since it was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), Greenfire has grown into a leading construction management and owner representation firm. Greenfire’s portfolio includes major construction projects for some of the Midwest and Wisconsin’s most successful property developers, as well as the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.
