Greenfire Management Services, LLC, Milwaukee, has promoted Jeb Meier to Vice President of Preconstruction.
Meier joined Greenfire Management Services as a Senior Estimator in May of 2012, and was promoted to Director of Preconstruction in July 2014. Prior to Greenfire, Jeb spent four and a half years with a larger general contractor. Jeb graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Civil Engineer and Construction Engineering Management in 2008.
“I appreciate Jeb’s hard work and dedication to Greenfire. His work ethic, attention to detail and problem solving abilities are an example to us all and has led to the successful development of our first-rate Preconstruction Department,” stated Kip Ritchie, President, Greenfire Management Services. “We have an excellent reputation in the market and while we utilize a team approach to building our business, much of our success is a direct result of Jeb’s leadership.”
Since it was formed in 2010 as a subsidiary of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), Greenfire has grown into a leading construction management and owner representation firm. Greenfire’s portfolio includes major construction projects for some of the Midwest and Wisconsin’s most successful property developers, as well as the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.
