Heather Pfalz

Waukesha State Bank, a full-service community bank with 13 locations in Waukesha County, is proud to announce that Heather Pflaz, vice president – bank manager, will now lead its Downtown Waukesha office.

“We are excited to welcome Heather to our Downtown Waukesha location,” stated Devon Arnold, Waukesha State Bank vice president and retail banking manager. “Her tenure with the Bank, passion for exceptional customer service, knowledge, expertise and focus on supporting and developing bank employees make her the perfect candidate for this new role.”

Heather started her career with Waukesha State Bank in 1997 as a teller and has held various positions during her employment. She was promoted to bank officer in 2003, assistant vice president in 2010 and vice president in May of this year. She has managed the bank’s Meadowbrook Road, Oconomowoc and Sussex offices. In her new role as the Downtown Waukesha bank manager, Pfalz will be responsible for all aspects of daily office operations, including business development, personnel management, customer service, lending, relationship management and community service.

Heather is actively involved with Waukesha County non-profit organizations currently serving as past president and current board member of the Sussex Area Chamber of Commerce, as treasurer with the Volunteer Organization of Women in Sussex, and as a member of the Village of Sussex Community Development Authority, the Hamilton School District’s Business Advisory Council and the Heart Song Threshold Singing leadership team.
