Racine-based Wisconsin Plating Works has hired Dennis Noe as Quality Assurance Manager, replacing Teresa Behling, who became General Manager. Noe has 20 years of manufacturing experience in quality management and supervision, including training, developing and executing a company-wide quality culture as part of a transition from ISO9001:2008 to the new ISO:9001:2015 guidelines. His expertise includes lean manufacturing, cost saving strategies and personnel support. Noe will focus on Wisconsin Plating Works meeting the quality guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 by May 2018. Wisconsin Plating Works provides over 17 corrosion-resistant, decorative plating and finishing-related services for commercial and industrial applications. The family-owned business celebrates 100 years of plating in 2019.
