Payroll Complete, a division of Waukesha State Bank, is proud to announce the addition of Dean Lampe as business development associate.
He comes to Waukesha State Bank with over 14 years of financial sales, marketing, customer service and operations experience. He most recently served as senior vice president of operations for Guardian Credit Union, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. In his new role as Payroll Complete’s business development associate, Dean will work with prospective clients to create and build business relationships. He is looking forward to building on the division’s proven success of providing high-quality payroll services to the businesses of Waukesha County.
Lampe is active in the local community serving on the board for Living Word Lutheran Church in Waukesha.
