David Marggraf

LindenGrove, a nonprofit senior living organization with four communities in Waukesha County, has named David Marggraf administrator of its New Berlin campus. Marggraf will oversee all operations at the campus, which includes a memory care home, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

Marggraf has more than 25 years of executive-level experience in the senior care industry, with the majority of that time spent here in Southeast Wisconsin.

“I’m excited to have David join the LindenGrove team,” said Linda Joel, President and CEO of LindenGrove. “David is well-respected for his vast experience and knowledge in the industry. He also shares LindenGrove’s mission to restore and enhance the well-being and quality of life of the people we serve through high-quality care and a culture that embraces dignity and respect.”

Marggraf comes to LindenGrove from ProHealth Regency Senior Living Communities in Muskego where he served as administrator for the last four years. He’s also held roles of executive director, vice president of operations and administrator at senior care organizations within Wisconsin and Illinois.

He takes over the role from Michael Zimmerman, the longtime administrator who has retired after 17 years of leadership at the New Berlin campus.
