Schenck SC is pleased to announce Craig Kucik, CVA, has joined the firm as a manager – business valuation in the Milwaukee office. He will provide business valuation and appraisal services for purposes such as potential sale, gifting, estate settlement, succession and shareholder planning, purchase price allocations and lending support.
Kucik enjoys helping clients understand how to maximize the value of their company and can recommend changes to improve its marketability. Kucik is skilled in providing financial analysis and modeling and statistical analysis. Prior to joining Schenck, he served as appraiser for a global advisory, restructuring, and investment firm.
Kucik holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts. Kucik is also involved with the South Side Scholarship Foundation, Next Door Books for Kids and the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce.
