Amy Kauper

Port Washington State Bank has hired Amy L. Kauper as new Vice-President-Director of Retail Banking.
She will head the retail operations of the bank which includes oversight and responsibility of the bank’s 7 branch markets in Ozaukee County. In addition, she will lead many of the bank’s outreach efforts in the community. Amy joins the bank after spending nearly 10 years recently with US Bank and Wells Fargo Bank prior. “Amy is an outstanding banker who has spent her career locally in Ozaukee County and Washington County,” said James S. Schowalter-the bank’s SVP-Chief Credit Officer. “She brings a high degree of retail banking expertise and is passionate about customer service excellence,” continued Schowalter.
Kauper will succeed existing bank VP Roberta Campbell in the role when Ms. Campbell retires from the bank later in 2017. “Our bank is proud to bring another strong banker into our growing family of employees that values the role of a community bank as much as Roberta has during her career in Ozaukee County banking,” said Schowalter.
