Anyone employed in southeastern Wisconsin with the title of CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, President, Executive Vice President, Owner, Partner, Executive Director, Mayor, City Manager, City Council, or Retired Executive

What is the Testing Process?

Step 1: Online Health Questionnaire
Prior to your blood work testing date you will be asked to complete a confidential online questionnaire.

Step 2: Blood Screening
Several testing dates will be set throughout June & July. A representative from BizTimes will contact you to schedule a day, time and location that is convenient for you.

Step 3: Fitness Assessment
You will be asked to bring your schedule with you to the blood screening. While there, you will choose a convenient date and time to return to a Wisconsin Athletic Club near you for your fitness assessment. To learn more about what the test will involve click here.

Step 4: Finalist Announcement
The results will be tallied and compared against other participants in each category to determine finalists and winners. All participants will be profiled on www.biztimes.com and the finalists will be announced by BizTimes Media.

Step 5: Fittest Execs Finale Event & Awards Presentation
All participants will be invited to attend the Fittest Execs Finale celebration, which will take place in August. The event will feature a prominent keynote speaker followed by the awards presentation.

Send a challenge to an executive to compete for the title Fittest Exec. It’s a great way to help promote both personal fitness and corporate wellness while generating great publicity for their organization.

Challenge an Exec

• Team leader must be an executive (see titles above) and compete in the individual challenge.
• 4 members total. Diversity among male, female and age categories is encouraged.
• Team members must all be full-time employees from one company – no limitation on title.
• Company must have at least 50 employees.
• Companies may enter more than one team.
• Team scored cumulatively, all members must complete all stages of testing (see details above)
• Non executive level team participants are not eligible for the individual competition.

Does your company have a stellar wellness program?
Nominate your company for the Corporate Wellness Award. Nominated companies will garner great publicity and act as examples for other organizations interested in helping their employees and combating rising health care costs. Three corporate wellness companies will be chosen.
