The annual BizTimes Fittest Execs Program will help participants understand the many benefits of successfully implemented wellness programs. Local CEO’s and top executives will be challenged to lead personal fitness, corporate health and wellness by example. The competition will conclude with a finale event and awards presentation held in August of 2012.

Individual Competition
Sign up today for this friendly competition among your peers! You’ll enjoy great networking with your fellow executives and experience a host of complimentary fitness and wellness services. Who Qualifies for the Individual Competition?
Anyone working in southeastern Wisconsin from a company with 20 or more employees, with the title of CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, President, Executive Vice President, Owner, Partner, Executive Director, Mayor, City Manager, City Council, or Retired Executive

What are the Categories?
• Female 25-39
• Female 40-49
• Female 50+
• Male 25-39
• Male 40-49
• Male 50+
• Most improved-from previous year

Note: All fitness levels are welcome. While the top execs in each division will compete for the title 'Fittest Exec', the main goal of the competition is for you to lead corporate wellness by example. Fittest Execs Awards Program
Mark your calendar now for a celebratory event that will take place on August 30th. The winners will be announce, an early edition of BizTimes Milwaukee featuring the finalists will distributed, and a prominent keynote speaker will provide insights on a health and wellness topic.
1. Biometric Screening, compliments of Froedtert Health Workforce Health
Appointments will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and will be scheduled for early morning (between 6am - 9am). For your convenience, there will be appointments available at three different WAC locations (Downtown, Wauwatosa & North Shore).

Biometric screening appointments will be available from June 13th - July 10th.

2. Executive Engagement Questionnaire, compliments of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin
An online, multiple-choice survey will be emailed to you to complete by July 15th. The survey will measure your company's overall engagement in wellness

3. Fitness Test, compliments of the Wisconsin Athletic Club
You will be put through a 5-part fitness test to measure your resting heart rate and body fat %, as well as a three-minute step test, a sit & reach test, a push-up test, and a hand-grip test. Your fitness score will be determined by comparing your results to the national fitness norms based on your age and gender.


Fitness testing appointments will be available at various times of the day from July 9th - July 31st..




Team Competition
• Team leader must be an executive (see titles above) and compete in the individual challenge.
• 4 members total. Diversity among male, female and age categories is encouraged.
• Team members must all be full-time employees from one company – no limitation on title.
• Company must have at least 20 employees.
• Companies may enter more than one team.
• Team scored cumulatively, all members must complete all stages of testing (see details above)
• Non executive level team participants are not eligible for the individual competition.
