Primum Marketing moves to Third Ward

Primum Marketing Communications recently relocated its office from 400 E. Wisconsin Ave. in downtown Milwaukee to The Renaissance building at 309 N. Water St. in the Historic Third Ward.
The company, which has 6 employees, is occupying about 3,000 square feet of space in the building, said Primum president Colin Hutt.
“This move is huge for Primum,” said Hutt, who started the agency in 2005.
The new office gives Primum clients dedicated studio space for video and photography. There will also be a creative brainstorming room, a conference room and optional additional square footage for future growth within the agency.
