Large apartment development planned in Kenosha

Town of Bristol-based American Land Development LLC plans to build a two-phased apartment development in Kenosha with about 600 units.
The development, called Hawk’s Ridge Apartments, would be built on a vacant 50-acre site on the south side of 60th Street, about a quarter-mile west of I-94.
American Land Development already has city approval to build 112 apartment units on the site and the company is seeking approval for a second phase with 484 units.
