Dan and Kim Burkwald hosted a Meet the Dean reception at their lakefront home in Hartland, Aug. 21, for members of the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Cancer, Cardiovascular and Digestive Disease centers’ citizen advisory boards to meet the school’s new dean and executive vice president Jonathan J. Ravdin, M.D. Advisory board members are top local community and business leaders who contribute time and talent to raising funds and awareness for the medical research conducted at these centers. Dan Burkwald is a member of the Digestive Disease Center advisory board and a grateful patient.
