What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of?
"120 minutes of cardio weekly (3-4 gym visits). Moderate lifting (arms, legs & core). Sit-ups (core). Cooldown stretching."

Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
"More energy. More even-tempered. Perfect stress reducer. Better sleep."

How does personal fitness affect your work life?
"See above. By exercising mid-day I also break up the routine of work and come back for the "second half' of the day refreshed and better equipped to push myself hard."

Do you have a corporate health or wellness initiative?
"No."

How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
"We are small. Encourage others to take the time and necessary steps for better health & wellness."

What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
"Develop a plan, get help from a personal trainer or co-worker (someone who will help you be accountable), set specific goals, create a way to make the time to exercise and stick to it."
