Private Equity Groups Are Buying Wisconsin
Out-of-state private equity groups (PEGs) are showing increased interests in owning Wisconsin companies. According to a new report by Mertz Associates Inc., a Waukesha-based mergers and acquisitions brokerage, 172 Wisconsin companies are currently owned by a PEG. Only 30 of those companies are owned by Wisconsin-based PEGs. Read More...
