State headlines: Land swap could spur development in Madison

The University Research Park in Madison and CUNA Mutual Group are working on a land swap that would be the first step for a mixed-use development between Mineral Point and Odana roads on the west side of the city. The mixed-use development planned for the CUNA Mutual property would include multi-family housing, apartments for older adults, office space and limited retail space.
