BizTimes Real Estate Weekly: Restaurant franchisee looks for Milwaukee site

HarborView Development LLC, which had been working for more than two years to open the first Bob Chinn's Crabhouse franchise in Kenosha, has scrapped those plans and now plans to open a Bob Chinn's franchise in the Milwaukee area instead. The fallout from the economic crisis and credit crunch killed the deal in Kenosha, said HarborView spokesman Frank D'Angelo. Read more in the new edition of the BizTimes Real Estate Weekly bulletin.
