CCI acquires Texas company

CCI, a Milwaukee-based provider of consulting services for SAP ERP software, announced today the acquisition of Spindeltek, an SAP senior management consulting firm based in San Antonio, with offices in Dallas and Houston,.
Spindeltek specializes in the SAP Oil and Gas industry.
The acquisition fueled CCI to create its newest division, the CCI Oil and Gas Solutions (COGS) practice. The division is focused on the SAP arena and works to assist the firms running Oil & Gas solutions, but also is a key driver for Outlooksoft, an application SAP acquired in April.
