First Business Financial Services promotes managers

First Business Financial Services Inc. and First Business Bank-Madison continue to realign their top management positions by promoting from within.
Michael Losenegger has been named chief operating officer of First Business Financial Services Inc. He has also been named chief executive officer of First Business Bank-Madison, and he will continue to serve on the bank's board of directors.
Mark Meloy has been named president of First Business Bank-Madison. He has also been elected to the First Business Bank-Madison board.
Dennis Sampson and Anthony Larson have been named senior vice presidents of First Business Bank-Madison.
The promotions complete the succession plan previously announced whereby Corey Chambas will become chief executive officer of First Business Financial Services Inc. on or before Jan. 2. Chambas will continue in his role as president and director of the First Business Financial Services Inc. and as a director of First Business Bank-Milwaukee, First Business Leasing and First Business Capital Corp.
