Economic analyst to be keynote at New North summit

New North Inc. announced today it will host its third annual regional economic development summit on Thursday, Dec. 14, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Manitowoc at the Capitol Civic Centre.
The keynote speaker at the conference will be William Fruth, president of Policom Corp., an independent economics research firm based in Palm City, Fla. Fruth specializes in studying the dynamics of local economies.
New North is an advocacy group for economic development in northeastern Wisconsin, including Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, Waupaca, Brown, Shawano, Oconto, Marinette, Door, Kewaunee, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette, Florence, Menominee and Waushara counties.
