WHAT is the program about?
The 4th annual BizTimes Fittest Execs Program will helped participants understand the many benefits of successfully implemented wellness programs. Over several months in 2010, more than 100 local CEO ’s and top executives took the challenge to lead personal fitness, corporate health and wellness by example. Each top executive was put through a five-part fitness assessment to measure endurance, strength, flexibility, and body makeup along with a complimentary health risk appraisal and blood work assessment. The competition concluded with a celebratory awards event held on August 19th of 2010 that included a program on executive fitness and corporate wellness.
