Tom Martin

Tom Martin, former president and CEO of Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin (FSNEW) in Green Bay, has been appointed interim president and CEO of Jewish Family Services (JFS), effective Jan. 1. Martin will fill in for current JFS president and CEO Sylvan Leabman, who is retiring at the end of December.

Martin retired from FSNEW in March 2014, after serving the agency for 27 years as executive director. Under his leadership, the organization grew from seven programs and 89 employees to more than 35 programs and a staff of nearly 400. FSNEW provides more than 18,000 families throughout Northeast Wisconsin with
Counseling/Treatment Services, Early Childhood Development, Crisis Services, At-Risk Youth Programs and Self-Sufficiency Programs. Prior to FSNEW, Martin served as president and CEO of Boys and Girls Home and Family Service Inc., in Sioux City, Iowa, for more than 12 years.
