The state lost 3,200 government jobs in December, on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to the report. Therefore, the state had a total job gain of 1,300 for the month, on a seasonally adjusted basis.
For all of 2012 the state gained 9,700 private sector jobs, and lost 600 government jobs, for a total job gain of 9,100, on a seasonally adjusted basis, according to the report.
