A sweet fixture in downtown Wausau for almost 30 years will close for good Saturday.
Janice Pilgrim will shutter JanMar's Chocolate Emporium when her 10-year lease in Washington Square expires.
"I already have this empty pit in my stomach," she said. "I keep wondering if I'll regret closing."
Pilgrim, 58, bought the candy store from Michael Knauf in 2002 when he decided to sell it after almost 20 years in the space.
