The next part is to create a link around that image. This will allow javascript to affect the image properties.
Westlake, Ohio-based Nordson Corp. had agreed to buy Chippewa Falls-based Extrusion Dies Industries (EDI), the company announced Monday.
Under the agreement, Nordson will purchase the parent company EDI Holdings Inc. for $200 million.
EDI employs over 200 people in Chippewa Falls and 317 worldwide, including operations in Cologne Germany and Shanghai, China.
