The 250,000-square-foot building ranges from five stories to one, with the showcase facings on Main and North Washington streets. It calls for nearly two acres of landscaped green space between it and Baylake City Center to the south.
Schreiber says the scale and look of the building, designed by architectural firm HGA’s Milwaukee office, will not be out of place with the rest of downtown. The building will be made of cream-colored limestone and transparent glass.
Gilbane Inc.'s Milwaukee office will be project manager. A groundbreaking is targeted for July.
