The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) Council of Small Business Executives (COSBE) will present an Executive Roundtable on “Lead & Influence Change – Inside Your Company And In Your Community.”
The event will take place Tuesday, May 1, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Milwaukee Athletic Club.
The program will feature Eric and Mary Isbister president and CEO of GenMet, who have grown their Mequon business from a $3 million company in 1999 to $12 million in the past 10 years. The couple has created an empowering culture for its employees, and they apply that philosophy to the community around them, tackling the manufacturing skills gap, public policy and regulation issues.
At the event, Joe Skotarzak, president of River Run Computers, will receive COSBE’s P. Michael Mahoney Award in recognition of his outstanding volunteer efforts.
The cost to attend is $40 for MMAC members and $50 for non-members.
