The Milwaukee Brewers again rank among the most affordable fan experiences in Major League Baseball, according to Team Marketing Report’s annual Major League Baseball “Fan Cost Index" (FCI).
For 2012, the Brewers have the seventh-most affordable fan cost among the 30 Major League Baseball teams and rank 17 percent under the average for all teams. The “Fan Cost Index” is comprised of the price of four adult average-priced tickets, two small draft beers, four small soft drinks, four regular-sized hot dogs, parking for one car, two game programs and two adult-size adjustable caps.
“Our goal is to give every Brewers fan a variety of options for entertainment when they come to Miller Park, and we're proud to feature a number of affordable packages for families," said Brewers chief operating officer Rick Schlesinger.
The Brewers average ticket price in 2012 is $24.01, also significantly less than the MLB average of $26.98. The overall “FCI” for the Brewers in 2012 is $171.52 compared with the MLB average of $207.80
