Three Sheboygan area companies will share $164,122 in Workforce Advancement Training grants from the State of Wisconsin.
Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch made the official announcement in Sheboygan on Thursday during a visit and tour of the Taylor Plant of J.L. French Automotive Castings, Inc., 3101 S. Taylor Drive.
J.L. French, Dutchland Plastics, and Dairy Farmers of America of Sheboygan County are sharing the grant, which officials said will increase productivity, safety, and profitability at the companies and enhance their employees' skills.
All training will be provided by Lakeshore Technical College.
