In a speech in front of several dozen students, faculty and staff at the University Wisconsin- La Crosse, Kathleen Falk, democratic candidate for Governor, made a case that failed leadership is what should cost Walker his job in an all-but-certain June recall election. Despite winning early endorsements from major Wisconsin labor unions — and promising to veto any budget that does not restore collective bargaining rights for public workers — Kathleen Falk is focused on a new message: Gov. Scott Walker's priorities are out of touch with Wisconsin values, and his policies aren't working.Falk hammered Walker on his campaign promise of creating 250,000 jobs in his first term — the reason, she said, he was elected. One quarter of the way in, Wisconsin has lost 12,500 jobs.
