Milwaukee-based Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, a locally owned and operated statewide Qdoba franchise, is poised to grow by 15 percent in 2012, with plans to add up to 135 new jobs and open six new Qdoba stores in Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa.
Roaring Fork recently obtained rights to open six stores in Iowa over the next four years, beginning with one store in Des Moines in 2012.
Roaring Fork is the largest Qdoba franchisee in the United States and one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Wisconsin. In addition, Roaring Fork owns and operates the Replay Sports Bar in Milwaukee.
Chief operating officer Ron Stokes said the company's success is due to its focus on staying true to each community, in both purchasing and employment.
"We're also truly interested in offering our employees a career path – we've got so many opportunities for employees to grow and reach new professional goals and achievements," Stokes said. "In addition to career opportunities, we offer competitive salaries and benefits, and bonus programs at every level."
