Milwaukee-based Ogden & Company Inc. announced it has expanded into the Madison real estate market.
Daryl Larson will lead the new office, serving as regional property manager. Larson has more than 12 years of real estate experience in the Madison area.
"Madison is home to more than 400 condominium associations. Ogden & Company Inc. has the ability to serve clients with traditional full service real estate solutions and also with the flexibility to adapt to any owner's needs" Larson said.
The company's initial focus in the Madison area will be on residential and commercial real estate management.

Ogden & Company will hold two "meet & greet" sessions in downtown Madison. The first will be held on Monday, Jan. 30, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Sun Print Café inside the U.S. Bank building at 1 South Pinckney Street. The second meeting will also be held on Jan. 30 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ivory Room Piano Bar next door to the Overture Center at 116 W. Mifflin Street.
