Converged Technology Professionals, based in Crystal Lake, Ill., announced the opening of a fourth office in Waukesha.
The company also has offices in Chicago and Madison.
The firm supports more than 10,000 customers worldwide using a customized approach to meet their voice and data needs. The Waukesha office will enable the company to serve the Milwaukee market.
Converged will provide sales and support service for Sunnyvale, Calif.-based ShorTel, a provider of Unified Communications (UC) solutions, along with offering its own full line of voice and data products.
