De Pere-based Romo Durable Graphics today announced the acquisition of Chicago Decal. Chicago Decal will retain a Chicago sales office, but will close its production facility in Burr Ridge, Ill. Romo Durable Graphics will also acquire the GB Frank International business, which will continue to operate without change to the division name.
