QPS Employment Group, a Brookfield-based staffing and recruiting firm, has acquired a portion of Engstrom Inc., a Two Rivers-based staffing firm.
QPS will be co-operating out of Engstrom's office at 9708 Hwy 147, as Engstrom will be retaining the name and a segment of the business. The staff will be retained under QPS.
"As more companies find solid footing in 2010, the need for temporary labor is increasing," said Dan McNulty, executive vice president and chief operating officer of QPS. "This acquisition will increase our presence in Northeastern Wisconsin and is another step in our long-term development plan."
QPS expects to add 1.5 percent revenue annually with the acquisition.
