Local stocks in the BizTimes Stock Index were mixed in trading this morning, led by Bucyrus International Inc. (up 73 cents to $65.60) and Badger Meter Inc. (up 49 cents to $39.64). The largest local decliners this morning were Joy Global Inc. (down 86 cents to $56.02) and The Marcus Corp. (down 63 cents to $12.41).
