The RightThing of Findlay, Ohio, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Capital H Group's recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division, which is based in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.
The Capital H Group's division, located at 126 N. Jefferson, will be integrated into The RightThing's RPO division.
The acquisition increases The RightThing's footprint in the upper Midwest and includes several national RPO accounts.
"We're excited Capital H Group approached us with the opportunity and I'm pleased we are in a position to make this acquisition as it complements our long-term business strategy," said Terry Terhark, chief executive officer of The RightThing. "Our companies share the same beliefs, values and vision for RPO which provides the foundation for a smooth integration."
About 11 Capital H Group employees will be offered positions with The RightThing, according to Whitney Killinger, spokeswoman for The RightThing.
"We are continuously growing, even in this (economic) downturn. I would say the opportunity for growth (in Milwaukee) is good," Killinger told BizTimes Milwaukee.
Tony Cockerill, president of the Capital H Group, which is based in Chicago, said, "This divestiture enables us to focus on our core consulting offerings. I am confident that our RPO Division and established accounts will be in good hands with The RightThing's market leading solutions, world class technology, and strong customer service."
Capital H Group provides human capital solutions that focus on organization effectiveness, talent management, leadership, and diversity and inclusion.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
