Dine Out Inc. of Milwaukee announced that it has purchased the Fein Brothers brand, along with the inventory and fixed assets formerly owned by Fein Brothers Inc.
The transaction will be transparent to customers, who will continue to receive the levels of service, selection and value that have made Fein Brothers a leader in the commercial
food service industry for more than 80 years.
Dine Out Inc. is owned by industry veterans Todd Minkin, Ben Minkin and Kevin Kavanaugh,
"The Minkin name has been associated with the Fein Brothers brand for over 50 years," said Todd Minkin, whose father Gil joined Fein Brothers in the 1950's. "We are honored to continue this legacy."
Under the Fein Brothers name, Dine Out Inc. will operate a showroom servicing the immediate needs of customers. Originally home to Schuster's Department Store, the showroom is located in the Brewers Hill Neighborhood at 2007 North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The company also provides complete food service layout and design services to the food service industry.
