Waukesha County Technical College will host its "Gearing Up for High Performance Manufacturing" conference on Monday, Oct. 20. The conference, dedicated to teaching manufacturers and educators about the Wisconsin Manufacturing Skill Standards Certification (MSSC), will feature kickoff appearances by Gov.
