Fish Creek, Wis.-based Oilerie USA Inc. announced today the sale of the company's first franchise location toJacqueline M. Zach Enterprises LLC, a Milwaukee-based company that plans to open this fall in Brookfield at the V. Richards Plaza, 17135 W. Bluemound Road.
"For years customers have made Fish Creek a destination for tasting and purchasing the freshest and most unique olive oils direct from Italy," said Oilerie USA owner Curt Campbell. "It's thrilling to have our special Door County experience blossom into so much more."
The company offers a line of extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars, as well as over 100 other products including spices and snacks, pastes and pestos, pasta, spice tins, rubs and more.
Oilerie's flagship location, Oilerie Fish Creek, opened in 2003 and has grown to be the largest single store retailer of extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegars.
