The largest local gainers this morning were Badger Meter Inc. (up $1.25 to $47.43) and Bucyrus International Inc. (up $1.08 to $67.91). The largest local decliners this morning were Koss Corp. (down $1.47 to $13.52) and Johnson Controls Inc. (down 76 cents to $30.29). The BizTimes Stock Index was created by Small Business Times and is monitored by North Shore Bank.
