For the fifth time in six years, Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital has been named a Consumer Choice Award winner for metropolitan Milwaukee by the National Research Corp.
The award recognizes hospitals across the United States that health care consumers believe have the highest quality and image.
The organizations selected for the Consumer Choice Awards are chosen by people who live in the communities the hospitals serve. To determine the winners, NRC conducts an annual survey of more than 400,000 consumers throughout the United States.
"It's a great honor to be chosen for this award five times by the people we serve," said William Petasnick, president and chief executive officer of Froedtert. "The strong emphasis Froedtert Hospital places on quality health care clearly makes a difference to our patients and to our community."
