Local stocks strike back

The BizTimes Stock Index fell .26 points to close at 181.49 Monday, but local stocks rebounded in early morning trading today. The largest local advancers this morning were Bucyrus International Inc. (up $1.14 to $49.38) and Rockwell Automation Inc. (up $1.21 to $64.84). The largest local decliners this morning were Harley-Davidson Inc. (down 99 cents to $67.28) and Gehl Co. (down 49 cents to $27.37). The BizTimes Stock Index was created by Small Business Times and is monitored by North Shore Bank.
