Serving creative, regional American dishes and "comfort classics," the Mason Street Grill will open Friday in the Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee.
The new restaurant, located at 425 E. Mason St., will be the "classic American grill," according to chef Mark Weber, the former executive chef of Lake Park Bistro and owner of Watermark Seafood.
The restaurant will offer a unique dining atmosphere with an open kitchen, spacious bar and live piano music. The Mason Street Grill will open Friday for dinner and on Monday, Jan. 15, for lunch.
The menu will feature wood-grilled steaks and seafood, sandwiches, house-made desserts and an exclusive bread recipe.
The Mason Street Grill was developed by Pfister general manager Keith Halfmann, the driving force in the development of Blu and the Milwaukee ChopHouse. For additional information visit www.masonstreetgrill.com or read more at http://onmilwaukee.com/dining/articles/masonstgrill.html.
