Schroeder Solutions recently opened its new office relocation and facilities management center at 1920 S. Calhoun Road in New Berlin.
The company previously was located at 16150 W. Lincoln Ave. in New Berlin. The new site features 45,000 square feet of space, including an "idea center." The company needed more space for its growing workforce of 80 employees and its warehousing solutions for its customers, which include TMP Worldwide, HK Systems and Schoeneck Containers.
"We owed it to our customers - current and future - to move into a more efficient facility. They depend on us for storage of their products and information and we wanted to be able to offer a 'state-of-the-art' storage facility, which our new location offers," said Scott Gierhahn, president and chief executive officer of Schroeder Solutions.
Gierhahn encouraged business owners, building owners and real estate professionals to visit the site to gain ideas for creating smart work environments.
"Business owners, particularly, should visit to see how the interior office can impact a company's return on investment. There are a lot of good ideas here," he said.
