The largest local decliners this morning were Manpower Inc. (down 79 cents to $70.44) and Rockwell Automation Inc. (down 48 cents to $63.42). The largest local advancers this morning were Strattec Security Corp. (up $1.06 to $42.72) and Kohl's Corp. (up 72 cents to $72.89). Also, Journal Communications Inc.'s stock gained 21 cents today to $11.71 per share after the company announced Monday it plans to sell its Norlight Telecommunications Inc. subsidiary to Q-Comm Corp. of Evansville, Ind., for $185 million.
