The East Town Market's Battle of the Chefs will conclude on Saturday, Oct. 14, when four of Milwaukee's top chefs will square off in a final cooking contest. The final battle will take place at 10:30 a.m. at the East Town Market in Milwaukee's Cathedral Square Park.
The four chefs competing will be: Michael Dunn of the Wyndham Hotel; Brian Frakes of the Pfister Hotel; Bob Millhoff of Yanni's; and Jordan Short of Coast Restaurant.
The chefs will have a one-hour time limit to not only purchase the items needed but prepare the final dish.
